Cadet Program is a highly focused and structured program that allows aspiring pilots with zero or low flying experience to become an airline pilot in just 1,5 years.

Flight time requirements:

Total flight training time >200 hours
 
General requirements:
1. Type rating certificate recognized by the CAAV
2. CPL certificate recognized by the CAAV
3. Frozen ATPL recognized by the CAAV
4. Criminal Record within 6 months                                                                                           
         (notarized by Vietnam embassy from country of origin)
5. English proficiency certificate (ICAO level 4)
6. Medical certificate recognized by the CAAV
7. Logbook copy
8. IR certificate
9. MCC certificate                         
                               
 
CADET LINE TRAINING PROCESS:                      
 
Step 1: APPLY through  AVIK website
Step 2: AVIK’s INTERVIEW
Step 3: Selected candidate make a CONTRACT with AVIK
Step 4: : Apply for Type Rating course +ATPL + MCC at training center which is approved by CAAV
Step 5: LICENSE CONVERSION
Step 6: INTERVIEW and SIM SCREENING TEST by AIRLINE
Step 7: Ground school, Base Training, Observation, Line Training                                            
Step 8: Release as a First Officer and contract with AIRLINE
